Easy Line Pro broker is a part of Easyline Pro FinServices LTD group. It is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and it is an unlicensed broker. The name they have presents their vision. A platform that is easy to use and brings the best results.

Their promise to the clients is the best online trading experience. They aim to provide that experience with an intuitive trading platform, the latest technological advancements, great education and daily news, as well as analysis. Customer service is also part of that plan, so it is available 24 hours.

It looks like they have a great vision that is perfect for every Forex trader. But let’s see if they managed to provide clients with a safe and secure trading environment.

First of all, let’s reflect on Account Types. Each trader likes to have numerous options and I must admit, Easy Line Pro has an impressive offer. There are six Account Types, so you can choose the one depending on the money you want to invest. Each of them has different minimum deposit requirements.

That said, you can choose between Micro Account (min deposit: $500 to $2,499), Mini Account ($2,500 to $9,999), Silver Account ($10,000 to $49,999), Gold Account ($50,000 to $249,999), Diamond Account ($250,000 to $499,999) and lastly, VIP Account ($500,000+).

Each plan has different things to offer, leverage goes from 1:200 to 1:400, while the margin loan is from 10% to 100%. An excellent thing is that each of these accounts includes monthly market reviews, so you will stay up to date no matter what you choose.

This is a great start, indeed. But let’s see if they will be able to maintain offers like this when it comes to platform, withdrawals and support.

What Do They Promise?

First of all, they claim to have a variety of assets. If you decide to trade with them, you can find over 800 high-liquidity Stocks, Commodities, Indices and Currencies. Aside from that, they have different trading options like High/Low, Touch/No Touch and Above/ Below.

Another great thing is the mobile app. Since they provide clients with Web Trader, a mobile app is always a great addition. This way you will be able to monitor your stocks anytime. Lastly, there is a Welcome Bonus. Depending on the account, you get up to 100% welcome bonus. I am impressed with this, so I hope this review will continue in the same positive direction.

Platform and Execution SCORE: 80%

When it comes to platforms, you can choose between Binary Options and CFDs. If you choose Binary Options, you must decide whether an asset will go up or down during a fixed period of time. In Forex markets, you must decide not only in which direction an asset will go, but also predict how high or low that asset goes. So, it’s totally up to you to choose the desired platform. I must say I really like that they provided clients with both options.

Both platforms are well designed, they are fast and responsive. You can adjust anything and choose stocks according to countries. So, if you wish to trade Adidas, BMW or Bayer CFDs, you can simply choose Germany in the drop-down menu, and all German brands will be listed.

Aside from that, there is a Favorites option, so you can have all the stocks you like to check regularly at one place. I really am impressed with those options. In the beginning, they promised to make a useful platform that is easy to use, and they fulfilled that promise.

Without any doubt, you can manage through the platform all by yourself, no matter if you have previous experience or not.

There is one thing I would like to add, they do not offer a possibility to trade on the most popular platform, MT4. Unavailability of MetaTrader4 is always considered a weak side of each broker since a lot of traders are used to it. MT4 is reliable and fast and it has some professional tools and features that people like. So, that is the only thing missing when it comes to the platform.

Withdrawal Speed SCORE: 80%

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 per transaction. This is completely fine since I assume no one will withdraw less than that. The withdrawal process is more than easy, you will see available funds and you just enter the desired amount into the box. Of course, you have to fill in personal details and click on the Withdrawal button.

From that moment the company will begin the process. The approval lasts up to five business days, depending on the account type, and after that, you can expect money on your bank account. You can withdraw funds using the same method as you used to deposit (Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard and Visa), Qiwi Wallet, Web Money and Yandex).

Keep in mind that you might pay for additional fees. They listed that in Terms and Conditions, but they never specified when and how much they charge. We assume that depends on the account you choose.

So, when it comes to withdrawal speed I cannot say I am impressed or negatively surprised. Five business days is not so fast, but on the other hand, it’s not bad either. That said, they did a pretty decent job when it comes to withdrawals.

Support and Assistance SCORE: 20%

This is the part that disappointed me the most. Until now, they fulfilled every promise they gave. But, they failed at support and assistance. First of all, when you go to “About Us” page, you can see they offer constant support for clients. Well, that is not the case. Support is available 24 hours, but only 5 days a week.

Unfortunately, that is not the only negative thing when it comes to supporting. If you wish to contact them, there is only one possible way to do that. You need to fill in the contact form on their website. So, no phone calls and no live chat.

They dedicated so much attention to the website and platforms, and they completely failed when it came to assistance. Reliable and constant customer support is a must if you ask me. Each client should have an opportunity to contact the broker when something doesn’t go according to plans.

Education and Tools SCORE: 95%

Now, after disappointing support, we can go through their Education Center and see what they offer. This part is exciting. I do know they have different trading books for each account, but aside from that, they offer free educational material on their website.

They explain Forex basics in depth including Fundamental Analysis like Central Bank, Economic Releases and Geopolitical Tensions as well as Technical Analysis, Risk Management, Trading Plan and Volatility.

Aside from that, you can monitor all Forex news even though you have not made a deposit yet. I really am impressed by their Educational section, since they did their best to provide clients with all the necessary information.

Education is an extremely important part of Forex trading. If you do not learn constantly, you cannot be successful and maintain results. For that, I give them a big plus.

A Word for the End

As you can see, Easy Line Pro fulfilled most of the promises they made. They provide clients with a platform that is easy to use and they have different interesting features. All of that is great, I must say, but it doesn’t change the fact this is an unregulated broker.

Keep in mind that if you choose to trade with Easy Line Pro, there is no security. They do not have a licence, therefore you cannot complain to authorities if something unpredictable happens.
